Suehs, Ryan Chun
(February 27th, 1973 - February 15th, 2011)
Ryan Chun Suehs, age 37, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 from a sudden brain hemorrhage. Sally and Allen Suehs adopted Ryan at age 2 from Korea. When he arrived home to Stoughton he joined siblings Martha and Peter. Ryan graduated from Stoughton High School in 1991. He lived in Stoughton for a short time after graduation and worked at Stoughton Trailers and Stoughton Hospital. After leaving Stoughton, Ryan moved to Madison and worked at Meriter Hospital. For many years, Ryan was a deeply devoted volunteer at the Dane County Humane Society. He also received special recognition and was honored by the Humane Society for his many hours spent working with the animals. Ryan enjoyed reading and spending time at the library. He loved to learn new information and was always a winner at Trivial Pursuit. He will be greatly missed by his 3 nieces; Leah, Sarah and Savannah. Ryan was a big help in a lot of ways to his family. Martha and Peter thank him for always listening and taking their phone calls at anytime (except mornings.) Peter will miss his best friend and the many laughs they shared, that have now sadly come to an end. Ryan is survived by his father, Allen; sister, Martha (Steve) Althaus; brother, Peter (Jeni Scott); and 3 nieces, Leah, Sarah and Savannah. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally; and grandparents, Martha & Bert Heinzen and Ann & Andrew Suehs. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, February 18, 2011 at the Olson-Holzhuter-Cress Funeral Home in Stoughton with Monsignor Gerard Healy officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Friday from 2:00 pm until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to the Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
Morgan, Shawn Robert
(September 28th, 1972 - February 16th, 2011)
Footville, WI -- Shawn Robert Morgan, age 38, died Wed. Feb.16, 2011 unexpectedly at his home, due to complications of diabetes. He was born in Madison, September 28, 1972, the son of Nancy and Jerry Morgan of Belleville, WI. Shawn was a 1990 graduate of Madison West High School. He was currently employed as a mechanic at Russ Darrow in Madison. Shawn was an avid sports fan. He especially enjoyed following his beloved Packers and Badger teams. One of the ways he followed the Badger football team was by working security detail at Badger football games with his aunt Judy. Shawn had a strong love of animals especially his dog and cats which he adopted from local humane societies. Shawn enjoyed celebrating family get-togethers especially Christmas. Shawn was a wonderful uncle to his nieces, Peyton and Taylor. His family will greatly miss his quiet demeanor and rye sense of humor. Shawn is survived by his parents, Jerry and Nancy; brother, Michael, (Teresa); grandfather, Allen Worth; aunts, Sue and Judy Worth, Judy Cunningham, (Jim), Deb Blackburn, (Ernie); uncles, Mike Morgan, (Barb), Tom Morgan, (Caroline); nieces, Peyton, Taylor; and cousins, Carol, Jimmy, Katie, Molly, Kimberly, Rebecca, Andrea and Sarah. He was preceded in death by his aunt Amy Jo Worth; grandparents Robert and Maxine Morgan; and grandmother, Kathleen Worth. A visitation will be held from 4:00 until 5:30 p.m. on Monday, February 21, 2011 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, with a memorial service following at 5:30 p.m. The family would like to invite friends and family to join them for refreshments following the service at Cress. The family is especially thankful to his best friend and neighbor Gus for being there for Shawn.
Wilke, David
(July 17th, 1932 - February 16th, 2011)
David Wilke, of North Port, FL/ Wisconsin Dells, age 78, died on Wed., February 16, 2011 in Florida. Dave was born on July 17, 1932 to Carlton and Eva ( Kessenich) Wilke in Madison. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and married Sharlene Millin on July 17, 1955. Dave and his wife owned and operated C.E. Wilke & Son Borden Distributor in Waunakee for 45 years.
He was a member of the Harbor Isles Veterans Club and the Dells-Delton United Methodist Church and a past member of the Briggsville Lions Club. He was an honorary member of the Waunakee Fire Dept. where he served for 30 years. He was also an avid bowler.
Dave is survived by his wife, Sharlene of North Port, FL; a son, Ron (Karen) of LaCrescent, MN; and a daughter, Denise (Todd) Hajos of Greenville, WI; and six grandchildren, Laura and Carli Wilke, Paige and Jaymon Hajos, and Allison and Trent Kussow. He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Colleen Wilke-Kussow.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Dells-Delton United Methodist Church, 320 Unity Dr., Wisconsin, Dells. The Reverend Steve Miller will preside. Friends may call at the church on Wed. from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will take place in the Vienna Cemetery in Waunakee with military rites at 3:00 p.m.

Sandberg, Robert "Bob" J.
(May 15th, 1937 - February 17th, 2011)
Robert J. "Bob" Sandberg, age 73, died peacefully in his sleep at home on Thursday, February 17, 2011. He was born May 15, 1937 the son of William and Esther (Treptrow) Sandberg in Menominee Michigan. Bob was a 1955 graduate of Marinette High School, and later received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1963, and his Masters in 1964. He entered the US Army in 1960, but had to take a family leave when his father became ill. Bob was united in marriage to Judith Piltz on October 8, 1960 in Madison. He was employed at the UW College of Engineering as shops supervisor until his retirement in 1990, when he earned Emeritus Status. During his distinguished career with the University of Wisconsin, Bob had special assignments in Surabaya, Indonesia, and was awarded the Bollinger Academic Award for Distinguished Service in 1992. His career also was highlighted with numerous designs that were patented.His expertise in design was also beautifully shown in the home that he designed and built with Judy not only once, but twice after lightning struck the first home, and it was destroyed by fire. Bob was an avid hunter, and enjoyed annual hunting trips with friends. He also enjoyed perennial gardening, and enjoyed finding new and interesting varieties to grow. Even greater than the love of design was the love that he had for his wife Judy. Bob and Judy traveled extensively worldwide, and had enjoyed 50 years of marriage, that was recently celebrated with a Hawaiian Cruise. Bob is survived by his wife Judy, sister; Janet (Jack) Rider of Stillwater Michigan, sister-in-law; Cyndy Sandberg of Beaver Dam, numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother; William. A memorial gathering honoring Bob's life will be held from 4 until 7pm on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Rd., Madison, WI 53705. Green, Rachel Shula Whitcomb
(July 17th, 1987 - February 17th, 2011)
Rachel Shula Whitcomb Green of McFarland Wisconsin died unexpectedly on Thursday, February 17, 2011. She was born in Madison, Wisconsin on July 17, 1987. She spent the first three years of her life in Singapore where her parents taught in the American School. She returned to Madison in 1990 and attended school at Glendale and then moved to McFarland in 1997. She graduated from McFarland High School in 2005. She attended MATC and Globe University. Rachel had a special gift for children and worked as a preschool teacher at the YMCA. Rachel loved rollerblading, snowboarding, ultimate Frisbee, volleyball and soccer. She earned her black belt in Karate. Rachel was preceded in death by her father, Bart Alan Green, and her Grandparents Rose and Paul Green. She is survived by her mother, Patricia Green-Sotos (Peter Sotos), her sister, Alisha Green-Johnson (Jay Johnson), her brother, Jeremiah Green, her Grandparents, Bill and Dorothy Whitcomb and many loving cousins, uncles and aunts. We will all miss our beloved Rachel. She was the sunshine in our lives. The Funeral will be held on Sun. Feb. 20, 2011 at 11:00 a. m. at CRESS FUNERAL SERVICE 6021 University Avenue. Family will be present to greet friends at 10 am. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the YMCA Community Support Campaign in Rachel's name.
Kleven, Michell Lynne
(August 18th, 1970 - February 18th, 2011)
Michell L. Kleven, age 40, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 18, 2011, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. She was born August 18, 1970, in Madison, to Larry "Slick" and Debe (Femrite) Rinden. She is a 1988 graduate of Stoughton High School and a 1994 graduate of UW-Whitewater. She married Dale Kleven on September 15, 2001, in Madison. Michell truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures. Chatting with friends and family, snacking, and spending time with her nephews and nieces were among her favorite activities. She also enjoyed volunteering for HospiceCare at the Don & Marilyn Anderson Center in Madison, where at the hospitality desk visitors and staff alike received the gift of her beautiful smile. Michell has an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way, even if you have only known her a short time. Family, friends, coworkers, and others whom Michell is survived by and whose lives she touched are invited to the OLSON-HOLZHUTER-CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 206 W. Prospect St., Stoughton, from 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 2011, to reminisce, grieve, support each other and, of course, just chat. Fedler, Harvey S.
(June 19th, 1915 - February 18th, 2011)
Harvey A. Fedler, age 95, died peacefully at home on Friday, February 18, 2011. He was born June 19, 1915 the son of Adolph and Amanda (Blohn) Smikla in Milwuakee. Harvey attended Marquette University, and was a proud WWII Veteran. He was employed as Sales Manager for F.G. Findley Adhesives Inc. He is survived by daughters; Jill (Tun) Wai, Penny (Paul) Mabra, and a special "grandson" Sante Zulsar. He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife Jeanette. Our sincere thanks to caregivers; Angela and Amanda, with special thanks to Uuriintuya, Bayarsaikhan, and Sante.
