Eckblad, Paul Jon
Age 50 years. Passed away February 8, 1998 after a swimming accident while on vacation in the Virgin Islands. Survived by his beloved wife Alyce (nee Smith) and three children: Erik, Kathryn and Karin; sister, Sally Richards and many other family members and friends. Graduated from Carroll College of Waukesha, and the Graduate School of Banking in Madison. Pursued a long banking career. Most recently employed by Fiserv of Brookfield. Member of the Milwaukee Athletic Club and the Mequon Racquet Club, as well as an avid golfer and music lover. Active in and served as an elder of the Presbyterian Church. Recipient of Jaycee's Distinguished Service Award. Former Chairman of the Carroll College Alumni Council. Former President of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce. A memorial service will be held at Crossroads Presbyterian Church, 6031 W. Chapel Hill Rd., Mequon, WI at 3:00 PM Sunday, Feb. 15, with visitation at 1:00. Memorials suggested to the Crossroads Foundation or to Carroll College.
