Delbert C. Hunkins Sr.
Services will be tonight for Delbert C. Hunkins Sr., 77, of the Town of Vernon, who died Monday at Waukesha Memorial Hospital.
He retired as a machinist from the Hein-Werner Corp. in Waukesha.
He was a member of the Soat-Vergenz Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 721 and the Marine Corps League, both in Waukesha.
Survivors include a son, Delbert Jr. (Mary) of Vernon; three daughters, Kathleen (James) Rait of Green Bay, Arlene (Patrick) Madison of the Town of Waterford and Patricia (Oral) Windle of East Troy; a brother, Evert (Dorothy) of Necedah; a sister, June Merrill of Brooksville, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be today from 6 p.m. until the services at 8 at the Schmidt & Bartelt-Van Valin Funeral Home, 315 Main St., Mukwonago. Cremation will follow.
Joan Louise Lurvey
Services are Thursday for Joan Louise Lurvey, 40, of Oconomowoc, who died Monday at home.
She had worked at the former Schulte Green House in the Village of Pewaukee and at Little Vittles in Oconomowoc for 17 years.
She was a member and former treasurer of the Ixonia Women's Softball League and a member of First Presbyterian Church of Ottawa.
She graduated from Oconomowoc High School in 1978, attended the University of Wisconsin-Waukesha and received a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Survivors include her mother, Joyce Lurvey of Oconomowoc; two brothers, Ernest (Jennifer) Lurvey of Marshfield and Martin (Linda) Lurvey of Rockford, Ill.; and two sisters, Susan Lurvey of Waukesha and Marilyn (Otto) Panzenhagen of Menasha.
Visitation will be from noon Thursday until the 3 p.m. service at the church, 35415 Highway D. The Rev. Ralph Schultz will officiate. Burial will be at Ottawa Cemetery in Ottawa.
The Pagenkopf Funeral Home, 1165 E. Summit Ave., Oconomowoc, is handling the arrangements.
Memorials to the church or the donor's favorite charity were suggested.
Daniel W. Retzlaff
Services are Thursday night for Daniel W. Retzlaff, 35, of Ashippun, who died Monday in Ixonia when his vehicle collided with a train.
He was a machinist at ITW Shakeproof Co. in Oconomowoc. He graduated from Oconomowoc High School in 1983.
Survivors include his wife, Jamie; a son, Brandon; a daughter, Shannon; his mother, Gail, of Missouri; his father- and mother-in-law, Gary and Sharon Karenz of Oconomowoc; two brothers, Dale (Karen) and Justin (Toni), both of Missouri; and two sisters, Kim (Andrew) Gordon of Illinois and Nichole Retzlaff of Missouri.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6 p.m. until the services at 8 at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home, 1165 E. Summit Ave., Oconomowoc. The Rev. R. Dean Smith of Lord of Life Lutheran Church in the Town of Oconomowoc will officiate.
Francis J. Walsh
Services are Thursday morning for Francis J. Walsh, 85, of Oconomowoc and formerly of Venice, Fla., who died Monday at Shorehaven Health Center in Oconomowoc.
He was administrator at Wisconsin Job Service from 1963 until 1977, when he became a special assistant to the federal secretary of labor.
He received a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and did work at Harvard University's Graduate School of Business Administration.
He was a third-degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II on the USS South Dakota.
Survivors include his wife, Regina; a son, Thomas (Lori) of Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri; three daughters, Morine Ballsieper of Kernersville, N.C., Mary (Terrance) O'Connor of Lake Mills and Kathleen (Jim) Zahradka of Oconomowoc; two sisters, Helen (Vern) Miels of Oconomowoc and Mary Ann Rasmussen of Madison; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until the services at 10:30 at St. Mary's Help of Christians Catholic Church, W856 Highway 18, Sullivan. Monsignor John Hebl will officiate. Burial will be at St. Joan of Arc Cemetery, Highways K and P, Town of Oconomowoc. The Schmidt & Bartelt Notbohm-Kreutzmann Funeral Home, 121 S. Cross St., Oconomowoc, is handling the arrangements.

Ruth E. Wilhelm
Services are Thursday for Ruth E. Wilhelm, 89, of New Berlin, who died Monday at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Paul (Jean) and Gerald (Mary); three daughters, Grace (Dave) Stoltmann, Marie (Don) Kiefert and Donna (Walt) Rutchik; a brother, Eugene (Joan) Young; two sisters, Kathryn Romang and Marjorie Bohner; 12 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. today, with a 7:30 rosary vigil, at the Krause Funeral Home, 9000 W. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee.
The services, at 9 a.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Peace at the funeral home, will be followed by a second visitation, from 10 to 11 a.m. Father Joseph Noonan of Our Lady of the Rosary Roman Catholic Church in Milwaukee will officiate.
Entombment will follow Thursday's visitation at Holy Cross Cemetery, 7301 W. Nash St., Milwaukee.

Ella Mae 'Maizie' Coleman
Services are set for Friday for Ella Mae "Maizie" Coleman, 79, of Delafield, who died Wednesday at home.
She graduated from Waukesha High School and in 1943 received a degree from Carroll College in Waukesha, where she was a member of the Delta Zeta (Theta Pi Delta) sorority.
She was one of the first women in the Civil Aeronautics Administration. She was the pilot on a solo flight in 1941.
Coleman was a member of Delafield Presbyterian Church in Delafield, the Nagawicka Lake Yacht Club and St. David's Welsh Society, and a former member of the Waukesha Women's Club and the Waukesha Garden Club.
Until recently, she was the office manager for Waukesha Rentals, and for many years she was a Welcome Wagon hostess for the Waukesha area.
Survivors include her husband, John; two daughters, Deborah Bartmann of Waukesha and Nancy (Rick) Hannon of Delafield; daughter-in-law, Gail Coleman of Delafield; a brother, David (Elaine) Davies of Scottsdale, Ariz.; a sister, Juliann (Emerson) Abendroth of Overland Park, Kan.; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. Friday until the service at 7 p.m. at the church, 1851 Genesee St. Burial is at Prairie Home Cemetery, 605 S. Prairie Ave., Waukesha.

Kathryn L. Guida
Services are today for Kathryn L. Guida, 56, of New Berlin, who died Wednesday at home.
She was a member of Hales Corners Lutheran Church in Hales Corners.
Survivors include her husband, Nicholas; three sons, Nicholas Jr. (Pam), John (Dawn) and Donato (Chris); two daughters, Sherilynn Guida and Michelle (John) Secora; one brother, Charles (Mary) Loveless; two sisters, Joyce Dunn and Sandra (Mike) Sweeny; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is from 4 p.m. until the service at 7 p.m. at the church, 12300 W. Janesville Road. The Yonke & Son Funeral Home, 205 Prospect Ave., village of Pewaukee, is handling the arrangements.
Charles Lombardi
Services are set for Saturday for Charles Lombardi, 66, who died Tuesday at his home after a lengthy battle with pulmonary fibrosis.
He graduated in 1953 from Waukesha High School, where he was a member of the undefeated 1952 football team. He played on the varsity basketball team while a ninth-grader and lettered in football, basketball, baseball and track.
He played on championship Waukesha fast-pitch softball teams, Land O' Lakes baseball league teams and Waukesha Municipal League basketball teams.
Lombardi served in the Army and received a good conduct citation.
For many years, he was employed in Waukesha at RTE Corp., which was renamed the Cooper Power Systems Division of Cooper Industries. He was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Waukesha.
Survivors include his wife, Calma; two daughters, Carrie and Lisa Lombardi, both of Waukesha; three brothers, Stanley of Daly City, Calif., Michael (Pat) of Greendale and Robert (Carol) of Waukesha; and three sisters, Betty (Maurice) Tio of Waukesha, Nancy Geszvain of New Port Richey, Fla., and Sandra (John) Wise of Waukesha.
Visitation is set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday until the services at noon at the church, 300 Carroll St. The Rev. Rod Resheske will officiate. Private burial will be at a later date at Prairie Home Cemetery, 605 S. Prairie Ave., Waukesha. The Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha, is handling arrangements.

Joan B. Steinbrugge, 78, of Delafield, died Tuesday at her home.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Edward Jr. (Kathy) of Overland Park, Kan.; a sister, Beatrice Lindsay of Hartland; a grandson; and a great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Schmidt & Bartelt Notbohm-Kreutzmann Funeral Home, 121 S. Cross St., Oconomowoc. Cremation will be held.
