Jack Theodore Miller, 80, co-owner of Doe Miller Produce of Belpre, died Feb. 8, 2005, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Belaire, Ohio, on July 3, 1924, and was the son of the late Theodore "Doe" and Dora Criswell Miller. He was a member of the Rockland United Methodist Church, where he sang in the choir and had been an avid gardener. He was a military veteran, a member of the VFW and American Legion in Belpre, a member of the Belpre Masonic Lodge 609, the Belpre Shrine Club and the Marietta Camp of Gideons.

He was born Oct. 28, 1929, in Silver Hill, W.Va., a son of the late Raymond and Clare Richmond Ebert. He retired from the Ormet Corporation and was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp, serving in the Korean War. He was a member of the VFW Post 6327, American Legion Post 67 and BPOE 333, all of Sistersville.

Tracy Nichole Fox Thompson, 31, of Parkersburg was carried by angels to her Lord Feb. 5, 2005, as a result of a house fire in Parkersburg.
She was born Jan. 19, 1974, and was a wonderful daughter and caring mother to her two children. Tracy was fun loving and free spirited, having a life-long ambition to nurture others to feel good about themselves. Tracy was a 1993 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a graduate of Parkersburg Beauty College. She currently attended West Virginia University-Parkersburg in the Registered Nursing Program. She was the owner/operator of the Hair Razer Beauty Salon in Vienna and previously worked at Patti Johns.

She was born June 16, 1916, in St. Marys, a daughter of the late Vinton and Flora Smith Gwinn. She attended the local schools and graduated from St. Marys High School as valedictorian. After attending Virginia College in Richmond, Va., she returned to St. Marys, where she was employed by the Quaker State Oil Refining Co.
