She was born May 14, 1935, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late Albert and Emma Ford Davis. She was a retired secretary/administrator for Ohio University for 20 years.

He was born Oct. 12, 1946, in Parkersburg, a son of Lillian (Hess) Utt of Sandyville and the late A.D. (Bud) Utt.

Bruce Lemar Bartley, 88, of Hedgesville, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at Winchester Medical Center.
Born Oct. 1, 1916, in Berkeley County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Joseph W. and Lottie May Maybusch Bartley.
Dexter L. Buckley Jr.
Dexter Lewis Buckley Jr. of Belleville, W.Va., passed away March 9, 2005, at his home.
He was born in Parkersburg, a son of Helen Hale Buckley of Parkersburg and the late Dexter L. Buckley Sr. Lewis was a long time member of the First Christian Church. He retired from the Parkersburg Police Department, 15 years of which was with the detective bureau. He had served as Wood County commissioner, was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, the Mt. Olivet Masonic Lodge 3, the Scottish Rite and Nemesis Shrine.
Mildred V. Gossert
Mildred Virginia Buhrman Gossert, 79, of Parkersburg died March 8, 2005, at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Waynesboro, Pa., the daughter of the late Charles Fredrick and Mary Jane Wiles Buhrman. She had at one time worked at Saul's Clothing in Waynesboro, Pa., and also worked at the Working Man's Store in Parkersburg and was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society and also sang in the choir.

Bill was born July 29, 1906, in the Pleasant Hill Community, Lost Pavement, a son of the late Edwin J. and Clair Fankenhauser Gwynn. He was retired from American Viscose and was a member of South Parkersburg United Methodist Church.

She was born May 3, 1933, in Abraham, Raleigh County, W.Va., the daughter of the late Homer Plumley and Virginia Jones Plumley Ewelt.
Mildred O. Noland
Mildred O. Noland, 90, of Pennsboro, W.Va., departed this life Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at Parkersburg.
Mrs. Noland was born Nov. 28, 1914, near St. Marys, to the late John W. and Maggie Shingleton Jameson. She had worked for the Ritchie County School System in food service as a cook for seven years at Creed Collins Elementary School in Pennsboro. She had been a past president of the Ellenboro School PTA and had volunteered her time as an EMT and dispatcher for the former Ritchie County Emergency Squad, Pennsboro Division. For more than 60 years, Mrs. Noland was a faithful member of the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church at Finch, where she had taught Sunday school and had been a Sunday school superintendent.

Richard Harry (Dick) Ollom, 70, of Guysville, Ohio, died Monday, March 7, 2005, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born April 23, 1934, in Parkersburg, a son of Clara Ollom of Springfield, Ohio, and the late Harry Ollom. He retired from DuPont after 35 years of service. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles 2307 in Parkersburg, where he was past president and past state trustee. He attended Little Hocking Methodist Church and was a member of the Coolville Lions Club.

Ella was born Jan. 7, 1917, in Next, W.Va., the daughter of the late James Alva and Dessie Olive Nichols Kile and she was a member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ.

William Burl Sellers, 77, of Elyria, Ohio, formerly of Parkersburg, died March 8, 2005.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Charlotte C. nee: Stanley; a son, Larry B. Sellers, Elyria; a daughter, Sherry L. Dunlap of Elyria; three grandchildren; one brother, Delbert Sellers of Parkersburg; sisters, Deane Buckley of Parkersburg, Mildred Jackson of Vienna and Evelyn Ruble of Fleming, Ohio.
