Mrs. Dils was born Jan. 23, 1907, in Creston, W.Va. She was the second oldest child of Allen L. Holstein and Jesse Morrison Holstein.

Conrad Quentin "Sonny" Patterson, 82, of Davisville died May 2, 2005, at Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Collierstown, Va., a son of the late Samuel Acey and Uldena Coleman Ailstock Patterson. Mr. Patterson retired from Johns Manville after 28 years service and was the teaching pro at Worthington Golf Club for more than 20 years. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a life member of American Legion Post 15. He was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Shirley A. Taylor
Shirley Ann Frantz Taylor, 70, of St. Marys died May 4, 2005, at the Marietta Center For Health and Rehabilitation, Marietta.
She was born March 14, 1935, in Akron, Ohio, a daughter of the late Jesse and Margaret Emoline Bills Frantz. She was a member of the Calcutta United Methodist Church and retired from Pleasants County Schools after more than 20 years service. She was a graduate of Kenmore High School in Akron, Ohio.

Wesley Harold Webb, 85, of Spencer died Saturday, April 30, 2005, at his home.
He was born Friday, Feb. 13, 1920, at Clover, W.Va., a son of the late John Wesley and Fannie Keffer Webb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred "Mick" Ingram Webb, whom he married June 25, 1941; two sisters, Orvie Miller and Edith Griffith; and one brother, Orlis "Peck" Webb.

Donald Ray Andrews, 67, of Parkersburg died May 3, 2005, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
He was born in Parkersburg, the son of the late Chester V. and Macil Bennett Andrews. He retired after 30 years service from the American Municipal Power of Ohio which was formerly Elkem Metals. He had worked for the Headstart Program in Parkersburg as a bus driver and also had worked for Matheny Motors. He was a member of the Parkersburg American Legion Post 15 and was a member of the St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.

She was born March 4, 1908, in Point Marion, Pa., a daughter of the late Ernest Joseph Gouverneur and Alida (Tamenne) Gouverneur.

Everett W. "Junior" Burdette, 75, of Parkersburg passed away May 2, 2005, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Junior, better known to many as the "Egg Man," was born Oct. 21, 1929, in Wadesville, W.Va., a son of the late Everett Sr. and Mildred Holleron Burdette. He was part owner of Burdette Sales and manager of Burdette Gas. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Parkersburg, where he had served faithfully for many years as an usher, and was a U.S. Air Force retired staff sergeant.

Clinton Woodrow Reeder, 87, of Marrtown Road, Parkersburg, and a current resident of Ravenswood Care Center, passed away May 3, 2005, at Jackson General Hospital in Ripley.
He was born June 25, 1917, in Parkersburg, a son of the late Clayton Garfield Reeder and Bessie Jackson Reeder Canary. Clinton retired from the AB Chance Co., was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, had bowled on many leagues at Ren-Dor Lanes, had been a softball team manager and was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

Elsie Maxwell Siers, 98, of St. Marys died May 2, 2005, at St. Joseph's Hospital.
She was born May 17, 1906, a daughter of the late Provey Maidens Sinclair and William Maidens. In 1929, she married Clarence H. Maxwell, who preceded her in death on May 10, 1970. In 1975, Elsie married L. B. Siers who died in 1992.
