Deuteronomy Wilfong
Deuteronomy Wilfong, 92, of Belpre passed away April 27, 2005, peacefully at home.
He was born Jan. 7, 1913, on Duck Run in Glenville, W.Va., a son of the late Charles Williams and Ganette B. Wade Wilfong. He was the last of their 11 children. He came to Ohio in 1946 and had worked for Remington Rand Co. of Marietta for 15 years. He also worked for the City of Belpre street department for 13 years where he retired. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, where he served in the 391st Tank Destroyer Battalion in France, Germany and Luxemburg under the command of General George S. Patton. He was Pentecostal by faith.

William A. Boyle
William A. Boyle, 80, of Belpre passed away following an extended illness on Monday, April 25, 2005, at Eagle Pointe of Parkersburg.
He was born Aug. 4, 1924, in Phillipsburg, Pa., a son of the late James J. and Caroline Thorn Boyle. He graduated from Phillipsburg High School in 1942 and was a U.S. Navy veteran. During his service to his country, he served in the European and Pacific Theaters with the Second Beach Battalion. He had worked at Bethlehem Steel in Johnstown, Pa., Goodyear Atomic in Piketon, Ohio, and moved with his family to Belpre in 1962 to join Borg Warner, where he worked until 1970 when he joined Pennsylvania Electric. He retired in 1990 as a supervisor at the Homer City Power Plant in Homer City, Pa., not wishing to move his family, he commuted to work.

William Wayne "Willie" Buchanan, 46, of Fisher, W.Va., passed away Tuesday morning, April 26, 2005, at the Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, W.Va.
Born April 29, 1958, in Parkersburg, he was the son of Charles W. and VidaBelle (Fought) Buchanan of Elizabeth. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Old Fields Baptist Church.

Randall D. Burr, 40, of Sedalia, died April 25, 2005, at his home following an extended illness.
At the request of Mr. Burr, he will be cremated. A service of remembrance will be 4 p.m. Sunday at the Big Issac United Methodist Church, Big Issac. A time of gathering will be from 2-4 p.m. Sunday in the church.

She was born Nov. 28, 1921, in Tyler County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Agnes West Sutherland. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Sisterville. Mary loved to play bridge and she loved to do paintings.

Michael Albert Currey, 68, of Ravenswood died April 26, 2005, at home after a long illness.
He was born Jan. 30, 1937, in Doddridge County, W.Va., a son of the late Arley Everett and Opal Mae Currey. He was retired from Finished Carbon, Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp. He was an avid baseball fan. He enjoyed being an outdoorsman and loved to hunt.
Carl E. Exline
Carl Eugene Exline, 72, of Titusville, Fla., passed away Friday evening, April 22, 2005, at his home.
Carl was born Dec. 27, 1932, in Ripley. He moved to Palmetto, Fla., in 1947, and to Titusville, Fla., in 1948. He played football for Titusville High School and graduated in 1952. Carl married Anne Rogers Green on Nov. 13, 1952.
Robert T. Haddox
Robert Thomas Haddox, 78, of South Plaza Trail, Virginia Beach, Va., passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2005, at a hospital in Virginia Beach.
A native of Parkersburg, Mr. Haddox was a retired foreman with DuPont, having 34 years of service. He was a member of Brook Baptist Church, Masonic Lodge in Parkersburg and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He was also an adviser for Parkersburg "Up with People" International.
