DIAMOND BAR, Calif. - Gary Michael Johnston, 44, of Diamond Bar, formerly of West Virginia, died Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, in Grossmont Hospital, La Mesa, Calif.
He was an operations manager for Weber Distribution, Los Angeles, Calif., a graduate of Clay High School, Clay, W.Va., and attended West Virginia Tech, Montgomery, W.Va. He was preceded in death byparents, Edward W. and Elsie Stockwell Johnston.

GANDEEVILLE -- Harry M. Kee, 76, of Gandeeville, Roane County, died Monday, Aug. 7, 2000, in Roane General Hospital, Spencer, after a long illness.
He was retired from Pennzoil Co., was a member of Harmony Baptist Church and an Army veteran of World War II.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Kelly Leigh Spradling, 39, of Charlotte died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000, in Presbyterian Hospital.
She was a research nurse for Bennett Cardiac Center, received an associate's degree in industrial psychology from Fairmont (W.Va.) State College and a degree in nursing from the University of Charleston (W.Va.). She was a native of South Charleston, W.Va., and a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

She was a Protestant, a former Greenbrier County schoolteacher with 43 years of service, a retired farmer and cattlewoman. She and her late husband were co- owners/operators of the J.W. Toothman Cash Store, Williamsburg.

She was a native of Webster Springs, W.Va., a homemaker and seamstress. She lived most of her life in Webster County, moving to Virginia in 1980. She was preceded in death by husband, Russell DeMoss.
