BECKLEY -- Lester Dee LeGrand, infant son of Kelvin Lester and Dawn Ross LeGrand of Beckley, was still born Monday, Jan. 12, 1998, in a Beckley hospital.
His twin brother, Lemar Slugger LeGrand, died nine hours later on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 1998.
