Erby Edward Lester, 51, of Oceana, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Welch Community Hospital, Welch, WV . He was born on February 2, 1964 in Chicago, IL, a son of Maggie Vicie Hendricks Blankenship of Mill Creek and the late Edward Huling Lester. Erby was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church, Oceana Fire Department, Black Diamond Officiating, a 1982 graduate of Oceana High School, former president of the Oceana Little League and very active in youth sports. In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his father-in-law Donnie Valley. Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 27 years Donna Lynn Valley Lester; two daughters Autumn and Jerred Lusk of Pineville and Kaitlyn Lester of Oceana; a grandson Caden Lusk of Pineville; a brother Troy Dale Lester of California, MD; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 15, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV, with Rev. Oza Mullins officiating. Friends may gather with the family from noon until time of service on Sunday February 15, 2015 at the funeral home. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Louvina Faye Wesley, 71, of Ravencliff, WV, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, WV. She was born October 25, 1943 in New Richmond, WV, a daughter of the late Franklin and Kathleen Sizemore Bishop. She was loved by everyone who knew her and had a great impact on many lives. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Earnest Wesley, Sr. She was a member of Rhema Ministeries and a 1964 graduate of Mullens High School. Those left to cherish her memories include two daughters Sue (Ricky) Hash of McGraw and Faith (Joseph) Jude of Ravencliff; two sons Earnest Wesley, Jr. and companion Pam Brown of Sabine and Franklin (Virgie) Wesley of Ravencliff; three sisters Lottie (Terry) Smith of Bud, Lola (John) Camp of Bradley and Trish (Mike) Stafford of Wyco; four brothers Bobby (Phyllis) Bishop of Hinton, Freddy (Crystal) Bishop of Glen Fork, Henry (Carol) Bishop of Alderson and Patton (Jeanie) Bishop of Roanoke, VA; fourteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren and another due to be born in May 2015; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday February 20, 2015 at Rhema Ministries with Pastor Jonathan Cresong officiating. She will be laid to rest in Pine Grove cemetery, Ravencliff, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 AM until service time at the church. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Irene Steele, 54, of Panther, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at Welch Community Hospital, Welch, WV. She was born on January 3, 1961 in Welch, WV, a daughter of the late Sanford Lester and Helen McCoy Cline. Irene attended the House of Gethsemane. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her step-father James "JB" Cline who raised her; a son Jamie Don Steele, a grandson Cameron Steele; and a brother Earl Cline. Survivors include her loving husband of 28 years Quincy James Steele of Panther; a daughter Melissa and Jessie Price of Raven, VA; three sons Denny Ray and Diedra Steele of Princeton, Billy Joe and Kimberly Steele of Mohawk and Bobby Lee and Brandi Steele of Panther; seven grandchildren Dalton, Zachary, Brandon, Devan, Emily, Brittany and Kaleb; six sisters Della Mae, Oday, Dorothy, Linda, Patricia "Trish" and JoAnne; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the House of Gethsemane on Iaeger Panther Road, with Bro. Charlie Rose officiating. She will be laid to rest in Steele Family cemetery, Horse Creek, WV. Friends may gather with the family after 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 at the church. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Alda Ray Dameron, 71, of Cyclone, WV, passed away at his home after a long illness on Thursday, February 19, 2015 to go be with Jesus. He was born on March 6, 1943 at Pineville, WV, a son of the late Alda Dameron and Nellie Acord Steele. Ray was a member of the UMWA for 50 years, also served as president of Local 7692 for 10 years at Lynco Mines at Lynco, WV. President of Bird Hunting Club for several years. Ray loved to hunt and fish with his family, especially his boys. Loved sharing his life with his family and grandchildren. He will be sadly missed and was loved very much. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a grandson Brody Kevin Dameron. Survivors include his wife of 48 years Catherine Rose Harper Dameron; three sons Mark and Lori Dameron of Princeton, Kevin and Angie Dameron of Oceana and Keith and Christie Dameron of Cyclone; grandchildren Colby Marc Dameron and Santana Rae Dameron of Beckley, Seth, Kaden, Donovan and Harper Rose Dameron of Oceana, Kadee (Casey) Newsome of Bluefield, Hunter Dameron and Brystol Rose of Cyclone; a great grandson Caytin Marc Dameron of Beckley; and a host of other loving family and friends. In keeping with Ray's wishes he will be cremated and there will be no services. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Virginia "Ginny" Isabel McClurg Vint, 84, of Lynco, WV, passed away on Monday 23, 2015 at the Hilltop Center, Hilltop, WV. She was born on April 15, 1930 in Omar, WV, a daughter of the late John and Myrtle Purvis McClurg. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years Harry Kenneth "Kenny" Vint and a son Carl Edward Vint. Survivors include four sons Harold James Vint, Ricky Willard Vint, David Clayton Vint and Frankie Vint all of Lillydale; a daughter-in-law Edna Vint of Lillydale; a special grandson Danny Brown; special daughter Jan Cline of Lillydale; special friend Terry Vanover of Clear Fork; special caretaker Cindy Mendez Woolwine and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV, with Rev. Eddie Bea Aliff. She will be laid to rest in the Garden of Memories, Clear Fork, WV. Friends may gather with the family from noon until time of service on Friday, February 27, 2015 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be family and friends. The family wishes to extend many thanks to the staff of Hilltop Center for their loving care of Ginny. Eddie Pritt, 49, of Oceana, WV, passed away at Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV, on Monday, February 23, 2015. He was born on September 5, 1965 in Baltimore, MD, a son of Claudette Thomas of Lynco and the late Billy Ray Pritt. In addition to his mother he is survived by two sons Dalton Ray Pritt and Jacob Pritt all of Sunhill; his step-mother Barbara Gail Pritt and companion Charles Short of Fredericksburg, VA; three brothers Johnny Ray and Cheryl Pritt of Oceana, Roger Dean Pritt of Kopperston and Scotty and Alisha Johnson of Hilton Head, NC; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at the Joseph Baptist Church, Lynco, WV, with Pastor William Cook officiating. He will be laid to rest in Harvey cemetery, Cedar Creek, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 AM until time of service on Saturday, February 28, 2015. Judy Vonette Maynor, 54, of Pineville, WV, passed away at Welch Community Hospital on Friday, February 20, 2015. She was born on May 7, 1960 in Dayton, OH, a daughter of the late Earnest and Flora Walters Dilbeck. Judy attended the Little Pilgram Freewill Baptist Church, she liked gambling, shopping and spending time with her kids and grandchildren. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister Joyce. Survivors include her loving husband of 37 years Robert James Maynor, Sr. two daughters Alicia and Jesse Tolliver of Pineville and Ashley Maynor and fiance Robert Tolliver of Beckley; four sons Joey and Renee Dilbeck of Dayton, OH, Robert and Chrissy Maynor, Jr. of Logan, Jason Maynor, Sr. and fiance Christy Walls of Pineville and Adam Maynor and fiance Jackqulyn Tilley of Pineville; 13 grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Lynco Pentecostal House of Prayer, Lynco, WV, with Rev. Nathan Vance officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 AM until time of service on Friday, February 27, 2015 at the church. In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated. Robert Wayne Frazier, 60, of Glen Fork, WV, passed away at his home on Saturday, February 21, 2015. He was born on April 4, 1954 in Mullens, WV, a son of the late Raymond Jenkins and Stella Ann Irick Frazier. Robert was of the Pentecostal Faith. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Gerald Frazier and a sister Linda Sue Wright. Survivors include his three daughters Nikki Nicole Whitson, Natasha Frazier and Tonesia Frazier; two brothers Raymond and Debra Frazier of Glen Fork and Gary Frazier and fiance Rhonda Allen of Sabine; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the Mt. Carmel Freewill Baptist Church, Sabine, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 6-9:00 PM on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the church. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated following the service. Brian Paul Sullivan, 41, of Oceana, WV, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at his home. He was born on September 30, 1973 in Man, WV, a son of Larry Paul Sullivan of Matheny and the late Sandra Irick Stewart. In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by an aunt Carolyn Domi; cousins Leslie and Kerry Tilley; paternal grandfather Charles Edward Sullivan and maternal grandparents William Irick and Dorothy Tilley. In addition to his father he is survived by his mom Joyce Sullivan of Matheny; grandmother Zelda Sullivan of Oceana; a sister Madonna and Allen Jeffery of Cabin Creek and their children Savannah, Emilee, Braidon, Nevaeh, Julianna and Austen; a brother Daren and Adonna Stewart of Kopperston and their children Ricki, Kelsey, Miranda and Jon David; and a host of other loving family and friends. In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated a memorial service will be held at a later date. The family is being served by the Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV.

Cindy Sue Kenneda, 57, of Elizabeth, WV formerly of Lynco, passed away at Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, WV on Saturday, February 28, 2015. She was born on April 30, 1957 in Alpena, Michigan, a daughter of the late Bob and Virginia Jensen Rock. In addition to her parents her husband Earl Kenneda, Sr. also preceded her in death along with a son Thomas Lawrence, Jr. and two brothers Donnie and David Rock. She was a homemaker and loving mother. Survivors include two daughters Shannon L. Mercer and husband Clarence of Palestine, WV and Charlotte M. Ball and husband Alfred of Sabine; two sons Robert W. Kenneda and companion Herather Toler of Logan County and Earl Joe Kenneda, Jr. and wife Lisa of Glen Rogers; a sister Debra Rock of Helena, MT; two brothers Dennis ROck and Dale Rock and wife Sandy all of MI; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and a host of other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Bro. Justin Smitherman and Bro. D.J. Justice officiating. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. In keeping with her wishes she will be cremated following the service. Billy Ray Miller, 66, of Cyclone, WV, departed this life on Sunday, March 1, 2015 following a short illness. He was born on March 6, 1948 in Cyclone, WV, a son of the late Nathan and Nancy Paynter Miller. Bill was a retired coal miner of Peabody Coal Corporation with 32 years of service. He enjoyed Spending time with his family camping at Bluestone Lake and hunting with his brothers. He spent his free time gardening and visiting the fishing pond. "We'll Miss You Bill!" In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Deloris Maynor Miller and his paternal and maternal grandparents. Those left to cherish his memory are his Daughter Mary Ann Miller of Wheeling; four brothers Larry Miller of whom he resided with at the family home in Cyclone, Bobby and his wife Marie, Timmy and his wife Marlene all of Cyclone and Jerry and his wife Greta of Dailey; three sisters Dorothy and her husband Bob Steele of Hanover, Janice Sue and her Jimmy Osborne of Kopperston, Violet and her husband Ron Cordell of Beaver and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends with four special friends Orville Bailey, Audford Lusk, Tony Toler and Randall Bailey. Funeral services will be held at noon on Thursday, March 5, 2015 in the Chapel of Stafford Family Funeral Home, Lynco, WV with Rev. Randall Bailey, Rev. Scotty Lusk and Rev. Roger Stewart officiating. He will be laid to rest in Cook cemetery, Toney Fork, Cyclone, WV. Friends may gather with the family from 6-9:00 PM on Tuesday March 3, 2015 at the funeral home. Robert "Peat-Man" Morgan, 35, of Hanover, WV, formerly of Brenton, passed away on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV. He was born on March 21, 1979 in Beckley, WV, a son of Robert and Athelene Trent Morgan of Brenton. He is preceded in death by two cherished uncles Hansel and Norman Morgan; two aunts LaDonna and Lisa Morgan; two grandfathers Dale Trent and Robert Morgan; and a cousin Matthew Morgan. In addition to his parents Robert is survived by three children, Chelsea Adkins of McGraws, and Robert and Taylor Morgan of Brenton; two brothers Adam Morgan and wife Charlissa and Cory Morgan all of Brenton;a sister Amanda Slusher and husband John of Brenton; three nieces; one expected nephew; grandparents Shirley Trent and Virgie and Lonnie Harper all of Brenton;his girlfriend Tammy Lane of the home; a whole slew of aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of other loving family and friends.
