Lucila Garcia Gonzalez, 90, of Manassas died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2000 at Annaburg Manor in Manassas.
Preceded in death by a newborn son and three husbands, Mario Garcia, Dr. Enrique Alvarez and Lorenzo Gonzalez, survivors include a daughter, Lucila Fletcher of Manassas; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Landon Haynes, 75, of Manassas died Friday, Feb. 4, 2000 at Prince William Hospital in Manassas.
He owned and operated Georgetown South Barber Shop and Peoples Shop and was a member of Free Will Baptist Church. Mr. Haynes was a World War II veteran of the Army Air Corps.

The Rev. Bernard Williams Sr., 65, of Stafford died Wednesday, March 1, 2000, at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg.
Rev. Williams was previously a pastor at the Living Word Christian Fellowship Church in Dale City. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he worked at Safeway Bakery in Landover, Md.
Survivors include his wife, Doris D. Williams; a daughter, Rochelle L. Williams of Stafford; a son, Bernard Williams Jr. of Stafford; five sisters, Janice Johnson of Palmer Park, Md., Delores Williams of Clinton, Md., Jacqueline Lacey, Nanora Thomas and Darlene McKinney, all of Washington, D.C.; three brothers, Tyrone Williams, Rodney Williams and Robert Williams, all of Washington, D.C. and two grandchildren.

James Jackson
James Monroe Jackson Sr., 86, of Widewater in Staffor County, died Friday, June 9, 2000, at his residence.
Born in Stafford, he retired from Quantico Marine Corps Base after more than 30 years as a truck driver. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II; chairman emeritus of the deacon board, which he chaired for 41 years, at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Widewater; a charter member of the Widewater Volunteer Fire Department; a member of the Stafford County Democratic Committee and the Stafford County branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Quartey of Cheverley, Md.; one sister, Clara Moses of Stafford; one brother, Charles L. Jackson of Washington, D.C.; eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren; and his longtime caregiver, Pearlene Jackson.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Oak Grove Baptist Church, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Granville Butler officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Sally May Hively Wagoner, 83, formerly of Nokesville, died Thursday, June 8, 2000, in San Diego, Calif.
She is survived by one brother, John Hively of Waco, Texas; and one daughter, Susan Clark of California.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Valley View Cemetery, with the Rev. Guy Hamilton of Asbury United Methodist Church officiating.

Alma Baldwin
Alma M. Baldwin, 86, of Woodbridge, died Saturday, June 17, 2000, at Woodbridge Nursing Center.
She was a resident of Prince William County since 1986; a former member of the Little Brown Church in Vale, Nashua, Iowa. She was a volunteer who worked with children while in Iowa.
Preceded in death by her husband, Lee L. Baldwin, she is survived by her son, Richard L. Baldwin of Triangle; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Carol A. Campbell, 64, of Triangle, died Saturday, June 17, 2000, at Potomac Hospital.
She had been a resident of Triangle for more than 30 years.

Cleo Capozzolo
Cleo M. Capozzolo, of Montclair, died Thursday, June 15, 2000, after a long illness at the Washington Hospital Center.
Mrs. Capozzolo was born in Paris, Texas, to Mamie Odessa and Richard Osburn McCarrell. She moved to New Jersey where she married Dominick A. Capozzolo. During their 37-year marriage, they lived in New Jersey, Dale City, and Rome before returning to Montclair in 1986. Mrs. Capozzolo was an active volunteer and spent many years working with handicapped children and drug awareness programs.
Survivors include her husband, Dominick A. Capozzolo of Montclair; three daughters, Sharon Larson of Kentucky, Cindy Vivaldi of Maryland, and Nancy Howard of Texas; two brothers, Cecil McCarrell and J. C. McCarrell, both of Texas, and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in New Jersey.

Kelly and Geri Miller, both of Santa Monica, Calif., and 14 grandchildren.

Patrick S. McCallum, 28, of Woodbridge, died Thursday, June 15, 2000, on the Potomac River.
He was a lifelong resident of Woodbridge, an artist and a fisherman.

McCallum; three stepbrothers, Michael Winthrop of Alexandria, Daniel Winthrop of Arlington and Stephen Connick of California; one stepsister, Wendy Connick of California; his grandmother, Phyllis Kennedy of Abilene, Texas, and many other relatives.

Erma Leeta Putze, 96, of Annaburg Manor in Manassas, died Sunday, June 18, 2000.
She was the wife of the late Joseph Putze and a member of The Sacred Heart Seniors Club.
Survivors include three sons, Joseph Putze Jr. of Little Rock, Ark., Delbert Putze of Manassas and Marvin Putze of Phoenix; one sister, Madge Slade of St. John's, Kan.; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Russell K. Potter, 63, of Manassas, died suddenly Monday, Aug. 14, 2000, in Rochester, N.Y.
He was a graduate of Charlotte High School in Rochester. He was the owner of Remax Olympic Realty in Manassas from 1981 to 1999 and was active in the Prince William Association of Realtors. He was a member of the Kiwanis of Manassas and a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Terri Flight-Potter; a daughter, Jacqueline Potter of Manassas; a son, Randall Potter of Manassas; one sister, Charole Brice of Pittsford, N.Y.; four brothers, Roderic Potter of Honeoye, N.Y., Clovis "Ned" Potter of Penfield, N.Y., Alan A. Jose Paz Iraheta, 48, of Woodbridge, died Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2000, at Potomac Hospital.
He lived in Woodbridge for the past 15 years and was a member of Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Beatriz Iraheta; his children, Jose, Paola and Alejandro; his parents, Jose and Lila Iraheta; and his siblings, Carlos, Nini and Tita.
